How to pack for mail order?

Some of our customers sell our products via online shop and then ship the order by express. So for our products, especially mirrors, how to pack them safely with the most economic method?

First, we wrapped our products with a bubble sheet. As you know, the bubble has a good performance of shock and vibration resistance. Because the middle layer of the cushion is full of air. Maybe you will ask, why not choose a bubble bag? We usually wrapped our mirror in two layers so it will be safer and the cost is also lower than a bubble bag.

Then, we will put the mirror into a very high-quality 5-layer inner box. The size of the inner box should be suitable to avoid the shaking of the mirror when shipping.
