The 5-steps quality control process

Quality Control is one of the most important elements of customers. We take a 5-steps quality control process to ensure the quality of our products.

First Step, Raw Material check.

When Raw materials arrived at our factory, we will check their quality.

For Rattan, we will check the weight, size, appearance (no dirty, wormhole) and moisture ( to avoid getting mouldy). The moisture of rattan must be below 12

For Mirror part, we need to check if they are broken or if they are scratched.

As you know, our products are handcrafted so we will have some semi-finished products everyday. For example, a worker may produce 20pcs of frame per day, and 5 workers make this order. Then we will get 100 pcs of mirror frame. Our QC Dept will check 100% of them everyday and tell the workers where are the defects.

Third Step, quality check after polishing.

We will do polishing to remove the small fiber of frame when all semi-products production is finished. After that, our QC Dept will make full inspection of them.

Forth Step, quality check after assemble.

After the third step, our worker will assemble the mirror into the frame. When they finish it, we will make full inspection of the products, especially the moisture and nail .

Five Step, Final Inspection.

Normally, our customer will let third party do inspection. If not, our QC will make random draw 10% do inspection.
